Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager will report into the Director of Product.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading product strategy and execution across our back office and business systems
  • Being innovative! Leading impactful changes throughout our systems in order bring solutions to user problems
  • Working with execs, and other stakeholders, to build and execute a business systems product roadmap
  • Directly manage Business Analyst, working closely on requirements and delivery
  • Developing technical specifications, requirements, or related PRDs for enterprise initiatives
  • Own agile ceremonies and be responsible for delivering best in class product
  • Develop a plan that will allow our systems to work together and compliment each other

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • 5 yr+ experience in a product management role in a leading consumer product company (marketplaces, ecommerce, subscription products, etc)
  • Experience translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience working with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Product management experience leading internal core services, APIs, & integrations with third party enterprise systems
  • Solid understanding of the warehouse and fulfillment processes
  • Strong organizational skills, exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and execute detailed tasks in order to meet defined goals
