PROJECT MANAGER, OWNED BRANDS
About the Role
Work with the Owned Brands Team, planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Become a collaborative leader throughout the organization
Manage and lead project teams in the pursuit of project objectives
Provide timely and accurate project status to all organizational levels
Develop and present recommendations to senior management based on process analysis and investigation
Perform appropriate ROI analysis as required for project justification
Advocate best practices for process documentation (Standard Work, VSM’s, Swimlanes, etc.), retention, and updates
Manage project work to provide deliverables on time and within budget
Maintain general understanding of company systems, processes, and products
Partner with various teams to understand current processes, opportunities for improvement, and then suggest implementation options to address
Assist in Oversee Daily Management process including Tier 1 and Tier 2
Prepare and track Personal KPIs and present to leadership
Monitor metrics to identify trends or opportunities where cost savings/cost
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

What You’ll Need to Have (required qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
3-5 years of BEAUTY project management and related experience - must have worked for a beauty brand & be incredibly familiar with lead times, development cycle, and key cross-functional teams
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
