About the Role:
The HR Generalist/Employee Experience Coordinator is an extension of the Human Resources department and is tasked with ensuring all team members, domestic as well as our international, have everything they need to be set up for success, produce the best work product and drive the business forward. This is a dual role for someone who is equal parts excited by the ever-changing and challenging world of Human Resources, especially in the time of COVID-19, as well as someone who wants to be the face of HR and ensure Scentbirdies continue to love working in the Nest.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
You’ll be the maître-d of Scentbird, and the face of the Nest’s culture, ensuring all team members have everything they need, bringing our office vibe to the digital world.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition, you will ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, through scheduling and digital on-site preparation, as well onboarding and offboarding.
You will own all HR systems, ensuring they are up to date with correct team member information, and a source of truth from a financial control perspective.
You will own the Scentbird Socials calendar, budgeting, exploration of potential digital opportunities, to hosting and follow up feedback surveys. We are a data driven company and want to ensure what we are providing to the team is beneficial to them.
Research, budget, and plan and host culture activities, including happy hours, leadership offsites, and the like.
Own tracking of internal opportunities to ensure attendance, historical documentation integrity and financial understanding.
Catalog and track all assets including laptops, monitors, printers and other office equipment, as well as own budget for machinery.
Ad-hoc administrative tasks in support of Human Resources and organizational clarity.

A positive attitude and understanding that oftentimes, the little things can be unnoticed but it doesn’t mean they’re not integral to the organization’s success.
Prior experience with Namely HRIS, as well as Namely Payroll
A love for people and a desire to see them succeed.
Proven experience of a solution-oriented mindset, in the HR space.
Feedback champion, both giving and receiving.
An interest in the HR/People Operations space, and a want to have your hands in a lot of different jars.
Ability to learn quickly and go with the flow.
