The Technical Product Manager will report into the Director of Product.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Work with execs to prioritize features, and clearly communicate priorities across the company
Manage all our back office systems and connect them to one unit
Focusing on overall interactions of systems and streamlining the data flow
Build a knowledge base for our organization that connects together all our systems.
Communicate to the leadership team regarding problems, impacts and changes
Manage Agile rituals in order to deliver planned features on time and in full.
Manage development process, be responsible for documentation and task creation
Project management of all back office projects/tasks
Gather Technical specifications for features and create appropriate PRDs
Manage risks of projects - Ensure all systems impacted will be updated
Map out the systems end to end with help of Back office team
Manage new feature requests and system upgrades and ensure priorities and timelines are met.
Manage through the backlog board to prioritize what tasks need to be sent to work next
Transparent communication of all projects and tasks between back office team department heads and leadership.
Clear definition of how we translate a business requirement and functional specification into a technical specification. Then once the Scope of work is detailed and approved we create the test case scenarios and perform UAT.

What You’ll Need to Have:
5 yr+ experience in a product management role at a leading consumer product company (marketplaces, ecommerce, subscription products, etc).
Experience working with NetSuite or a similar system.
Deep understanding of the warehouse and fulfillment processes
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Strong team and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally. Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and a passion to learn.
Ability to handle multiple projects and execute detailed tasks in order to meet defined goals.
