Digital Merchandising Specialist

Reports Into: Director of Business Development and Merchandising

The Digital Merchandising Specialist is responsible for onboarding from start to finish the launch of new fragrances onto the site (includes brand onboarding, artwork approvals and website uploads). Supporting the Manager of Brand Relations and Marketing in the maintenance of the website, PO submitting and tracking and assisting in the execution of marketing programs scheduled by the Director. Also, completing brand partner KPI metric reports for both core sampling and Scentbird marketing programs (Early Performance Deck, Fragrance of the Month, Website takeover, etc.) including ad hoc reports.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Assist in the Brand/Vendor relationships along with the Manager and Director of Business Development & Merchandising which includes artwork approvals and website uploads in the onboarding process of all new brands as well as assisting in the execution of marketing programs. All to be completed by the designated timelines to ensure proper execution.
  • Assist with the creation of brand partner KPI reports/presentations, which includes gathering data details for both core sampling and marketing programs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Create and track bulk POs to help ensure they are received in a timely manner to coordinate with launch timelines and ongoing partnerships.
  • Help to monitor the website and ensure it is up to Scentbird and industry standards with brand assets and content
  • Oversee the organization, placement and classification of brand creative assets in Scentbird library

  • Proficient with digital, PowerPoint/keynote, excel, Google Docs and relational databases/software (i.e.: ERP)
  • Knowledge of Jira, Iterable, Typeform and Looker a plus

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • BS/BA in Business, Merchandising or Marketing preferred
  • 1+ year of experience of work experience in digital ecomm (fragrance experience preferred)
