User Acquisition / Paid Media Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Launch, manage and optimize UA and retargeting campaigns across various paid channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and/or Pinterest.
  • Design and implement methodical testing strategies that will provide the team with learnings around different channels, creatives, targeting, and tactics
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to help increase ROI and subscriber rates
  • Ideate ad creative concepts; define messaging, video, and design variants, and collaborate closely with creative teams to finalize deliverables.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • 3-5 years of paid media experience
  • Autonomous work style yet has a strong sense of collaboration, urgency, creativity, and results-driven
  • Proven experience working with creative teams to put out high-quality and creative advertising campaigns that drive growth
  • Experience launching and scaling paid campaigns on channels including Facebook, Google Search, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. while maintaining CPA targets and operating within budget
  • Past experience in subscription/beauty space is a bonus
