Assistant Manager, Business Development and Merchandising:

High Level Expectations/Impact:
The Assistant Manager of Business Development and Merchandising is responsible for supporting the Manager in managing brand partnerships of Scentbird’s growing roster of fragrance vendors and onboarding new brands onto the platform. This role will be responsible for completing brand partner KPI metric reports for both core sampling and Scentbird marketing programs (FOM, Website takeover, etc.) including ad hoc reports. In addition, the role will help support the Business Development team in the maintenance of the website, replenishing fragrance bulk on a timely basis, and assist in the execution of marketing programs scheduled by the Manager and Director.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Assist in the Brand/Vendor relationships along with the Manager and Director of Business Development & Merchandising which includes operational tasks involved in the onboarding process of all new brands as well as assisting in the execution of marketing programs. All to be completed by the designated timelines to ensure proper execution.
Assist with the creation of brand partner KPI reports/presentations with data details for both core sampling and marketing programs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Preparation of performance summaries for current brand partners, including sample tracking and subscriber research information
Help to ensure proper bulk levels and assets are received in a timely manner to coordinate with launch timelines and ongoing partnerships
Help to monitor the website and ensure it is up to Scentbird and industry standards with brand assets and content
Oversee the organization, placement and classification of brand creative assets in Scentbird library

What You’ll Need to Have (required qualifications):
BS/BA in Business, Merchandising or Marketing preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the Cosmetics industry (preferably with fragrance)
High level understanding of fragrance brands and subscription boxes
